AES Autonome Energiesysteme receives funding in the course of the project call: Special Programme Environmental Economics within the framework of Corona Aid

We are very pleased to receive funding from the Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH for our project “PyroFlex” in the period from 01.05.2021 to 31.10.2021. The Forschungszentrum Jülich focuses on benefit-inspired basic research. It works across topics and disciplines and investigates the relationships between the research fields of energy, information and sustainable bioeconomy. The content of the “PyroFlex” project is the prototype construction of a mobile pyrolysis plant, which can be transported flexibly and at short notice on a car trailer, for example, to places with a high volume of waste for a short time (e.g. construction sites or crowds at public festivals) and used there. In this way, waste that is generated is turned into oil directly on site. The amount of waste to be transported is reduced, thus saving transport costs and emissions.
